Open Burning
OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED
It is prohibited by Village code for any person to burn any landscape or construction material on private property, upon the paved part of any public street, any sidewalk or public place within the corporate limits of Fox River Grove.
Recreational fires are permitted; however, the fires must be a minimum of thirty (30) feet from any structure, and may only be burned between the hours of 7:00 am and 1:00 am.
LEAF BURNING PROHIBITED
Leaf burning is prohibited in Fox River Grove at all times. A safe alternative for your
family is bagging your leaves. It is also unlawful to burn any garbage.
